Can I track my order?

Once you've placed your order, your product should ship within 1-2 business days. Once the product has shipped, you should receive a tracking number to the same email as your order confirmation. If you're having any difficulties tracking your order, please reach out to our customer support at irene@bambooee.com

Is my Bambooee pillow washable?

  • Cleaning your Bambooee pillow is simple! Just unzip the cover, remove the inner pillows, zip the cover back up, and wash it with your linens. An easy tag with cleaning instructions is located on the cover.

What is your return policy?

  • If you decide that your Bambooee products aren’t right for you within 90 nights*, the return process is easy.

    Returns
    Our standard return policy lasts 90 calendar days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused OR like-new (donatable) condition. You do not need the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of stained, damaged, or incomplete pillows (missing parts or tags).

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back without an RMA number unless otherwise instructed by Bambooee customer support.

Before you return 

  • Did you happen to know the pillows are adjustable?
  • TOO HARD: You can make the pillow less firm by removing the inner filling from the zipper on the side. I personally like it half as full and remove a lot of filling. Use the grey bag the pillow arrived in to save any filling you might need for later. 

    TOO SOFT: I can provide you with free filing so that you can adjust the pillow to exactly your preferred firmness.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. Please allow 5-14 days from our receipt date. Most are processed in 5-7 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

  • To return your product, you must first contact us for an RMA number. Please email us at irene@bambooee.com
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order placed in error before it has shipped.
    Cancelling your order may not be possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at irene@bambooee.com for support. To provide our customers with the best possible experience, many orders ship within hours and cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
    Cancellations via email may be accepted, but do not consider your order cancelled until you have received verbal or written communication from our customer service team confirming your cancellation.
